Thin Film Deposition

OTB developed and patented a variety of thin film technologies such as:

  • PECVD – Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition
  • CVD - Chemical Vapour Deposition
  • PVD – Physical Vapor Deposition
  • Printing
  • Doping
  • Spinning
  • Bonding

Based on these technologies and the combination and integration of them OTB Solar developed the DEPx for multi layer stacks. The DEPx is able to combine all the above mentioned processes into one production machine.
