OTB Solar is a leading company in the design, engineering, development and manufactering of tailor made inline production equipment, which results in cost reduction and offers its customers the possibility to globalize their production. OTB Solar has as main goal to deliver “in-line” production solutions for the Solar market that results in a lower cost price per product. In short term we are looking for a:

                               “Mechanical Design Engineer”

With added value in a multidisciplinary project team

The job

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the design of the PECVD tool. Initiates improvements and/or designs for cost down realization. Defines and manages realization of (sub) designs and TPD by designers within OTB or by outsourcing. Responsible for realization of designs according OTB’s roadmap for PECVD tools.

We ask

The candidate has a bachelor degree in the technical area. The job requires a proven experience in mechanical engineering. Knowledge in Pro-E has a preference. You have the disposal of good communication skills in Dutch as in English and you have a broad interest in technical science.
