OTB Solar enters solar photovoltaic market in China with significant contract

Eindhoven, the Netherlands - 19  September 2008 – OTB Solar B.V. has received a significant order for delivery of its turnkey solar cell manufacturing lines to China.
OTB Solar will early 2009 install two of its fully-automated turnkey solutions for solar cell production, LINEx, in China.

From raw wafer input to sorted cells, the LINEx integrates all production steps in one complete system. With the LINEx, OTB Solar is offering an inline production solution that incorporates process equipment, handling units and process know how. The LINEx concept combines high yield, productivity and repeatability with small footprint and low operational costs.
